A STARLING AT SEA

A starling at sea
A beauty to me
But-for some they find her a bother
Too excited and loud
Often mimics their vows
In kind attempt to win their hearts over
Either charming or snarling
An uneven tempered darling
The starling, too, belts her own tune
A bane or a bore
Some do implore
Mozart’s muse- she still remains
She forms grand relations
From wide destinations
Murmuration that they shape so striking
Kind adoration grants standing ovation
Yet, the guest in the corner still sore
But the starling at sea
Floats still with ease
Because the breeze feels just like the heavens
And despite their distaste
She flies still with grace
Granting smiles to the the face of another
As they stand firm on ground, ashamed and profound
Far too concerned with the flight of another
