SOON IT WILL BE SPRING

Soon it will be spring
Gone will be the grief
And I will start to thaw with the lakes and the trees
But, for now it’s still winter
My limbs are still freezing
And all of the birds find no reason for singing
Oh, summer come quickly
Relieve me from mourning
Clear out this storm that hit without warning
And autumn, I beg you
Help me hold my composure
Alongside your warm leaves-please bring to me closure
